Q: How long till I get my Bike?

A: Once your application has been approved, we try to get you your bike in less than 1 week.

Q: Where do I pick it up?

A: We deliver it to you! Set an appointment with one of our specialists and we’ll bring it right to your door.

Q: Does the lease include tune-ups?

A: Yes! We deliver the bike in good working condition and will have it tuned up before the start of the lease. If you’re having trouble with your bike, just call one of our specialists and we’ll get you back on the road!

Q: Can I cancel the lease before it ends?

A: We’re sorry that your plans changed but we understand. If you need to end a lease early, a pro-rated fee is applied to your remaining balance. Contact us for more details.

Q: I’ve never used an E-Bike before, how do I learn about it?

A: We want nothing more than for you to be safe and enjoy your bike! When we deliver your bike, we’ll spend the time to walk you through riding it safely, charging the battery, using the dashboard etc.

Q: Where do you deliver?

A: We currently operate in beautiful Vancouver, Canada. We’ll deliver your bike to any address in the lower mainland.

Q: Can I leave the lower mainland with the bike?

A: Yep.

Q: What happens when my lease expires?

A: A few days before the end of your contract, we’ll get it touch to schedule a pickup time.

Q: What happens if I want to extend my lease?

A: Get in touch! We can adjust your contract and keep the party going!

Q: Can I lease it for less than 1 month?

A: Yes you can! We’ll pick up the bike any time, but 1 month is the minimum price.
